… and I always read if I see letters pieced together to form words. Granted, I do tend to speak to myself in English phonetic before switching to German or another language with which I have a bit of knowledge. And sometimes I even go as far as saying to myself, „this is a sign.“ I have no idea who or what I think „the sign“ is from, but I say it anyway… probably an old habit from a former life… anyway, today the first train I saw was named „Jean Piaget.“ He is a researcher, educator, philosopher I admire and he is from Switzerland. I immediately said to myself, „this must be a sign.“ What does that mean? Why do I say that?

It doesn’t matter. Although I am not on the Jean Piaget train, I will have him and his work on my mind today as I travel, learn, and hopefully teach because of my journey. My train is coming. Bis später.
